1. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the online sale of products offered by The Choco Vault.

The products offered are described as accurately as possible. Photographs have no contractual value.
3. Prices
Prices are indicated in euros (€), including all taxes (VAT), excluding delivery charges.
The seller reserves the right to change its prices at any time.
4. Orders
Any order placed on the website implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
5. Payment
Payments are secure and made via the solutions offered on the website (e.g., credit card, PayPal, etc.).
6. Delivery
Deliveries are available to the countries listed at checkout.
Delivery times vary depending on the country and the delivery method chosen.
Shipping costs are calculated at the time of order.
7. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise the right of withdrawal without having to provide a reason.
Returns must be made in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

8. Refunds
In the case of a compliant return, the refund will be made within 14 days from the receipt of the returned product.
9. Legal Warranty
Products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity (Articles L217-4 to L217-14 of the French Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code).
10. Personal Data
Personal data collected is used solely for order processing and customer service, in accordance with our Privacy Policy and GDPR.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions of Sale are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, the competent courts will be those within the jurisdiction of the company’s registered office.
