Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, unopened, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. Products such as collectible card games (Pokémon, One Piece, etc.) must remain sealed. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide prepaid return labels. Items returned without prior request will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

Opened or unsealed collectible card products (boosters, decks, etc.)

Figurines or collectibles that have been removed from their original packaging

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
14-Day Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
The item must still be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, unopened, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.
Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
