We currently deliver to the following regions:

France: Standard delivery available with calculated shipping fees. Free delivery for orders above a certain amount.

Processing Times

Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Weekends & Holidays: Orders placed during these periods will be processed the next business day.

For France:

Mondial Relay: Pickup point delivery, average 3–6 business days.

La Poste / Colissimo: Home delivery, average 2–5 business days.

Express delivery: Available depending on order and region, with extra fees.
For International Orders:

DHL, UPS, or FedEx, depending on destination and selected options.

Shipping Options, Tracking & Express
We offer several shipping options to best suit your needs:

Standard Shipping: Affordable option, with or without tracking depending on selection.

Tracked Shipping: Provides full tracking during transit; you will receive a tracking number.

Express Shipping: Faster delivery with guaranteed tracking, available in France and internationally, at an additional cost.
You will be able to choose your preferred option at checkout.
Customs & Import Taxes
For international orders, customs duties or local taxes may apply. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the shipping charges shown at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number (if tracked shipping was selected). You can follow your package on the carrier’s website.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or refusal to pay customs fees, reshipping costs will be charged to the customer.
Lost or Damaged Items

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@chocovault.com within 7 days of receipt.

For untracked shipments, we cannot be held responsible for loss.

For tracked shipments, in the event of loss, a replacement will be offered free of charge (shipping fees may apply).
